Kohl Meats has developed our genetics to provide the best quality beef possible.

Our steaks contain premium marbling due to our exceptional genetics, high quality feed and diligent management.  We select the best bulls(Top 1% to 30% in their breed) to grow the top steers, hormone free, that produce the most amazing tasting beef you can buy.  We finish our animals on pasture with high quality whole grains free of antibiotics, pesticides and GMOS.

Studies have shown oat finished beef increases good fats while reducing bad fats.  Studies have also shown oat finished beef contains lower amounts of cholesterol when compared with grass-fed and grain-fed beef.  Even when compared to other types of meat oat finished ground beef contains smaller amounts of cholesterol than ground bison, chicken, turkey and pork.
